Attention all new and aspiring entrepreneurs: Are you prepared for the opportunity of a lifetime? TechCrunch is searching for 200 early-stage founders to be featured in the Startup Battlefield 200 at TechCrunch Disrupt in San Francisco this October. And believe us, this is not something you want to miss.

In 2022, the Startup Battlefield took things to the next level by showcasing the top 200 companies from around the world. But in 2023, our third year of this event proved to be even more impressive. With entrepreneurs hailing from over 35 countries, representing 25 different industries, and boasting diverse backgrounds, this class was even more exceptional than the first.

And now, for our upcoming event, we’re expecting things to be even more competitive. Out of the many applications we receive, only a select few will make it into this elite class of startups. And if chosen, these founders will receive full access to the show, exclusive workshops, investor office hours, mentorship, training, perks, and even free exhibition space on the show floor for the entire three days. Plus, all selected founders will have the opportunity to pitch in front of investors and TechCrunch editors – a major opportunity for any early-stage founder.

Does this sound like the opportunity you’ve been waiting for? Then apply now to be a part of this global showcase of innovative founders.

Showcasing Global Founders

Out of the Startup Battlefield 200, we will carefully select 20 companies to compete in the Startup Battlefield competition. These finalists will receive private pitch coaching to prepare them for pitching on the Disrupt main stage in front of the entire audience. This is not only a chance to showcase your company to the world, but also to be featured on TechCrunch – a major platform for any startup. And that’s not all, these founders will also have the chance to pitch in front of top-tier global venture firms like Sequoia, Mayfield, SOSV, and more. And the cherry on top? The winner will take home $100,000 and the sought-after Disrupt Cup.

And here’s the best part: TechCrunch does not require any equity from contestants or the winner. It’s completely free to apply and participate.

But here’s the catch – the only way for early-stage startups to exhibit on the show floor at Disrupt is through Startup Battlefield, and the only way to be a Startup Battlefield Finalist is to be selected for Startup Battlefield 200. So what are you waiting for?
