“Legacy Automakers Must Embrace Startup Mentality: Ford Faces Yet Another Delay for New Electric Vehicles”

Tesla Ford Charger
Ford announced Thursday that it’s delaying the production of two electric vehicles, a next-generation EV pickup and a three-row EV SUV. Most recently, that startup mentality was on display with the Mustang Mach-E, Ford’s all-electric crossover. The result was a crossover that has helped Ford claim second place in U.S. EV sales for several quarters in a row. And don’t forget the original Ford assembly line, which while not a product, was definitely a product of entrepreneurial thinking. Ford has excelled at those tasks: The Mustang Mach-E and the F-150 Lightning are by most accounts not just excellent EVs, but excellent vehicles overall.

Clear Revamps Swiping To-Do List App with Added In-App Incentives: A Trailblazing App Store Pioneer Strikes Again

Scene Night
Clear offers a specific vision for how to-do lists should work and, as an indie app, it doesn’t have to deliver increasing returns on investment or answer to investors. “It feels a little punk compared with the average app on the App Store,” notes Ryu about Clear’s lack of subscriptions. But for most of that time, the app was just being updated on TestFlight, not on the public App Store. The original team had kind of “burned out” on Clear, Ryu explains, after being overloaded with projects like porting Clear to Mac or adding iCloud Sync. You can also drag and drop items between lists, swipe to schedule reminders, screenshot to share lists, and swipe to archive lists.

Therefore, by starting local manufacturing, Arduino would sell its boards in India at reduced prices — in line with those of its Chinese counterparts. However, most of it results from the growth of local mobile phone manufacturing. Arduino is currently considering both large international EMS companies and smaller local players in India, which specialize in producing electronic boards or development boards, Violante told TechCrunch.
