“Discover Sound Meditation: Apple Fitness+ Unveils Unique Golf-Focused Workout Program”

Apple Fitness+ now features a new workout program, “Strength, Core, and Yoga for Golfers,” designed by professional golfer Rose Zhang to improve strength, flexibility and mobility. The program features four workouts and is led by Fitness+ trainer Kyle Ardill. Rihanna is the first artist to get a dedicated workout playlist on Fitness+, with ten new workouts coming to the platform on January 8. Fitness+ is available as a subscription for $9.99 per month or it’s included with the Apple One Premier plan for $32.95 per month. Also, Apple recently partnered with Anytime Fitness, a U.S. gym franchise, to offer up to three months of Fitness+ at no additional cost.

Apple is starting off 2024 with exciting new additions to its workout program, Fitness+. This popular service will now offer users a diverse range of content, including a fresh meditation theme, a specialized yoga program for golfers, and exclusive spotlights on famous performers such as those in the upcoming Super Bowl Halftime Show.

Be prepared for a peaceful escape with the introduction of the “Sound” meditation theme, featuring soothing sounds like gongs and singing bowls to help users relax and unwind. With seven different sounds available at launch and new meditations dropping every week, users can choose from five, 10, or 20-minute sessions to fit their busy schedules.

Additionally, Fitness+ recognizes the benefits of yoga for refining a golfer’s swing and has teamed up with professional golfer Rose Zhang to create a new workout program. “Strength, Core, and Yoga for Golfers” is designed to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility with four workouts led by Fitness+ trainer Kyle Ardill.

In honor of the upcoming Super Bowl Halftime Show featuring Usher, the service will launch an artist spotlight on February 5, highlighting the halftime performers including Rihanna, Britney Spears, and U2.

Rihanna will be the first artist to receive a dedicated workout playlist on Fitness+, with ten new workouts debuting on January 8. This playlist pays homage to her iconic performance during Super Bowl LVII, which attracted over 113 million viewers and became the most-watched halftime show of all time.

Fitness+ is also introducing workouts with music by Britney Spears on January 15 and exercises inspired by U2 on January 22.

But that’s not all – Apple is also expanding its popular audio experience, Time to Walk, which features inspiring stories from celebrities. The newest episodes will include guests like “Today Show” cohost Al Roker, drag queen Trixie Mattel, and actor and rapper Common, among others.

For the first time, ten episodes of Time to Walk will be available for free on Apple Podcasts, including conversations with Prince William, Patti LaBelle, Jason Segal, Camila Cabello, Dolly Parton, and Shawn Mendes.

Don’t miss out on these amazing new features – subscribe to Fitness+ for just $9.99 per month, or enjoy it as part of the Apple One Premier plan for $32.95 per month. And thanks to a recent partnership with Anytime Fitness, U.S. gym-goers can even access up to three months of Fitness+ at no additional cost.
