The company said that the new featured layout is great for highlighting certain links. When you select “Featured layout” for a link it automatically expands with a content preview for links from YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, and Instagram. In January, Linktree introduced a feature that automatically fetched the latest posts from YouTube and TikTok. The company is now extending support for Instagram, with support for up to six of the latest posts and Reels from your account.

Here’s a fresh take on the latest updates from Linktree, the popular link-in-bio startup. In an effort to enhance user experience, Linktree has rolled out several new features including a featured layout option, the ability to fetch Instagram posts, and support for larger profile pictures. These updates aim to make it easier for users to highlight their important links and provide relevant information to their audience.

“Highlighting links just got better with Linktree’s new featured layout function.”

To take advantage of the new featured layout, simply select this option for a specific link and it will automatically expand with a content preview for links from popular platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, and now Instagram.

Earlier this year, Linktree introduced an automatic fetch feature for YouTube and TikTok posts. Now, they have extended this feature to include Instagram as well. Users can display up to six of their latest Instagram posts and Reels on their Linktree profile.

In addition to these updates, Linktree is also offering support for larger profile pictures. This means that instead of a small circular image, users can now upload a bigger image that matches their page’s color scheme, making their profile more visually appealing.

For those who prefer a cleaner look, Linktree has also introduced a new “Text Links” feature. This allows users to simply display text on their profile, making it easier to share detailed information such as a bio, opening hours, or blog content with their audience.

The social commerce aspect of Linktree is also expanding. In collaboration with partners such as Sephora, Revolve, and Urban Outfitters, the company has launched its social commerce program in alpha earlier this month. This means that creators can now earn commission rates through affiliate links, ranging from 12 to 15%.

“With over 47 million users, Linktree continues to innovate and provide valuable opportunities for creators.”

Whether it’s highlighting important links, sharing curated content, or earning commission through social commerce, Linktree remains dedicated to helping users create a strong and engaging online presence. With these new updates, the platform has even more to offer its growing user base.
